Marketing Manager
Managed all ongoing and special marketing initiatives of multi-national manufacturing company, generating inbound B2B and B2C sales and rental leads for eight divisions across five locations in the US and UK. Played key role in growing annual sales from $12 million to $80 million.
· Developed eight new web sites, including strategy, traffic management, content, launch, and promotion. Managed maintenance of more than 30 websites and blogs.
· Product management from conception through post-sale customer support. Created or managed all marketing materials including web sites, graphics, logos, spec sheets, sell sheets, email campaigns, advertisements for B2b and B2C markets, press releases, social media campaigns, packaging, and support materials for distributors.
· Created go to market strategies based on product and industry research, SEO and web analytics.
· Managed successful e-mail marketing campaigns for 8 divisions. Created original content, edited outsourced content, created graphics, managed lists, and created original HTML templates. Employed best practices and conducted A-B testing to tailor campaigns to the different behaviors of clients in different industries. Interpreted and reported analytics, adjusting strategies according to results.
· Managed direct mail initiatives, maintaining prospect database and mailing schedule for eight divisions and 30+ brochures, worked closely with printer and mail house to update, proof, and send more than 1 million pieces per year.
· Created project tenders, RFP packages, and presentations, including successful bid to provide all temporary flooring and roadways for the 2012 London Olympics and Paralympic Games.
